Day 1

Kampala City Tour & Transfer to Jinja

You will be picked up from your Entebbe / Kampala hotel and Taken for a Kampala City Tour. Here you will visit iconic places including the Old Kampala Mosque, Bahai Temple, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, and others. Have a lunch break and then transfer to Jinja arriving in the evening.

Day 2

White water rafting and Visit the Source of the Nile

White water rafting and Visit the Source of the Nile

This is a fun-filled adventure day as you go for white water rafting along the Nile River. You will paddle through the different stages of white water rapids enjoying the fresh waters of the Nile. In the evening visit the source of the Nile and Later head to your lodge.

Day 3

Transfer to Murchison (en Route Rhino Tracking) (5 to 6 hours Drive)

Transfer to Murchison (en Route Rhino Tracking) (5 to 6 hours Drive)

After breakfast at your lodge, you will set off for Murchison Falls National Park. You will have an en-route stop over at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino Tracking. After meeting these second-largest mammals you will have a lunch break at Amuka Lodge and later proceed to Murchison Falls National Park visiting the top of Murchison Falls for photography. Have a brief game drive as you he'd to your lodge.

Day 4

Game drives and Boat cruise

Game drives and Boat cruise

You will have an early breakfast and go for game drives in the northern sector of the park. The northern sector has the highest wildlife concentration. There you will see various wildlife species including giraffes, buffaloes, lions, and many bird species. You will have a lunch break and in the afternoon go for a boat cruise along the Nile River to the Bottom of the falls. There are various wildlife species you will see on the boat cruise including hippos and Nile Crocodiles.

Day 5

Transfer to Kibale National Park (5 to 6 hours drive)

Transfer to Kibale National Park (5 to 6 hours drive)

After breakfast depart Murchison for a transfer to Kibale National Park. You will pass via the Butiaba escarpment and have a stopover for photography and later proceed to Kibale with a stopover for a lunch break. Arrive at your lodge for a rest ahead of your chimpanzee habituation experience.

Chimpanzee Trekking Experiences

Chimpanzee Trekking Experiences

Report to the park headquarters for a briefing about the chimpanzee trekking experience. You will then be guided to the forest amidst sightings of other wildlife species that the forest has. You will meet and learn more about chimpanzees and later return to your lodge for a rest. Spend the afternoon at leisure or go for cycling.

Day 7

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP & Nature Walk

You will have breakfast and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the twin lakes of Ndali and Kasenda. Later proceed to the Park arriving in time for a lunch break. In the evening go for a walk in Kyambura Gorge where you will enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Start with an early breakfast and head out for a game drive in Kasenyi. You will see the major wildlife species here including hippos, antelopes, and buffaloes among others. Return to your lodge for a lunch break and in the afternoon go for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel where you will see other wildlife species including Hippos, elephants, and many more.

Here you will have a game drive to see the different wildlife species including elephants, the Topi, and lions if lucky. Have a Lunch break at Savanna Hotel and later proceed to Bwindi for Dinner and Overnight at your lodge.

Gorilla Trekking & Community Visit

This is the most anticipated day of your Uganda safari. Have breakfast and head to the park headquarters for a briefing about the gorilla trekking adventures. Hike through the forested mountains until you meet the mountain gorillas. You will stay in their presence for an hour getting to learn more about these rare primates. Later return to your lodge for a rest. In the evening go for a community visit where you will learn more about the people.

Nature walk & Departure

Nature walk & Departure

On this last day you will go for a guided nature walk in the park getting up close to the wildlife here. After the nature walk you will exit for a transfer back to Kampala with a stop over at the Equator for photography and experiment. Later proceed to Kampala arriving in the evening for a drop-off at the airport or Hotel depending on the schedule.
