After breakfast, we depart to Tarangire National Park. The Park is named after the Tarangire River which runs through it. This ‘river of warthogs’ is the only source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season. In places, the vegetation is quite dense including elephant grass, acacia woodlands, and lush groundwater forest. The Park is well known for its elephant families, which can often be seen congregating by the river you can spot zebra’s wildebeest giraffe, bushbuck, ostrich, and antelope’s These animals are closely followed by a range of predators, including lions, leopard and cheetah and many others enjoy your lunch inside the park view.

Day 3

Ngorongoro crater

Rise and shine! After breakfast from your accommodation you will drive to Ngorongoro conservation area as much as you arrival at gate your safari guide will give you explanation and here you will have the chance to take picture before getting inside the park you will drive up to view point stop again for information and picture before drive down into the crater. Inside the world’s largest caldera, you will see a diversity of wildlife ranging from black rhinos, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, lions and leopards to elephants and mountain reedbucks in the forests on the slopes. You might also see buffaloes, spotted hyenas, rare wild dogs and some of the more than 500 bird species of the area. After an intensive game drive and a picnic lunch, you will leave the caldera in the afternoon and travel back to your accommodation.

Morning Departure: Begin your day with a drive from Moshi to the charming village of Materuni. Upon arrival, you'll be introduced to the Chagga people and their rich traditions before setting off on a hike.
The Hike: Trek through picturesque coffee plantations and rolling hills. The hike is manageable for most, and along the way, your guide will share stories about the local environment and cultural practices.
Waterfall Visit: Arrive at Materuni Waterfall, where you’ll be greeted by the sight of water cascading from a height of over 70 meters. Enjoy the serene atmosphere, and if you’re up for it, take a refreshing swim in the natural pool below.
