We will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer you to Arusha, where you will stay overnight at the Gold Crest Hotel. Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will receive a briefing about your safari from your driver guide or office representative. Accommodation will be at the Gold Crest Hotel or a similar hotel, depending on your budget.

Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Drive to Tarangire National Park for a picnic lunch and a beautiful game drive through the rivers and plains. Watch the sunset at the beautiful Lake Burunge Tented Camp with a cold beverage and a delicious dinner. Tarangire is the third largest national park and a sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Driving through the park, you will also have the opportunity to see lions, leopards, buffaloes, and a huge variety of antelopes.

Day 3
Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast at the lodge, make your way to Lake Manyara National Park, a 45-minute drive away. Enjoy a game drive and then head to the picnic site for lunch. After lunch, continue to enjoy a beautiful game drive and watch the sun go down. Head back to the lodge for the evening, where you will have dinner and stay overnight at Tloma Lodge.

Day 4-5
Game tour in the Serengeti National Park
Game tour in the Serengeti National Park
You will have breakfast at the lodge before embarking on an early morning game drive in the park. The migration, consisting of around 2 million animals, is on the move all year round, depending on the season. Naturally, this movement also attracts a mass of predators, and you may be able to see a band of lionesses gathering for a hunt. Return to the lodge for lunch, and later enjoy an afternoon game drive. Serengeti offers intimate, wilderness camp facilities in the heart of one of Africa’s most vital and important wilderness areas.

Day 6
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Today, we will leave very early in the morning (after a very early breakfast) and drive to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. There, we will have a full day game drive, as we will be carrying our picnic lunch with us. The Crater is a wonderful place - you descend more than 2,000 feet on steep tracks cut into the crater wall to reach the open plains of the Crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is undoubtedly the best place in Tanzania to view black rhinos, as well as large prides of lions that include magnificent black-manned males. It is also home to huge herds of wildebeests and zebras, among many other plains game. We will have our picnic lunch at the hippo pool and later in the afternoon, drive to the lodge for dinner and rooms for the night.
