Our guide will pick you up from your lodge early in the morning followed by a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park after briefing. The park is famous for its majestic baobab trees, often known as "trees of life," which dot the landscape and add to the beauty of Tarangire's surroundings. The Tarangire River, the park's primary source of water, draws hundreds of species, especially during the dry season.
When you arrive in Tarangire, you will go on a game drive in search of the park's wildlife, which includes lesser kudus, buffalos, oryx, elands, giraffes, and zebras. You might encounter predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs if you're lucky. After a brief game drive, you will have lunch in one of the park's picnic spots. You will then go on an afternoon game drive to look for more wildlife and other park attractions. In the evening, you will drive to the lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
