You will take a domestic flight from Zanzibar Airport to Serengeti National Park. Upon your arrival at Seronera airstrip, our guide will be waiting to pick you up. You'll then embark on a thrilling game drive with a picnic lunch. In the evening, you'll head to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti, situated in Northern Tanzania and designated as a World Heritage Site, spans around 15,000 square kilometers. It's home to over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and approximately 500 bird species. During the dry season, you can witness massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebras. Additionally, North Serengeti supports a diverse range of resident wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and the rare oribi antelope.

Materuni Waterfalls

Materuni Waterfalls

You'll start your day with breakfast at your hotel, and then head to Materuni Village. When you arrive, you'll visit the village office to get started. Your first stop will be the waterfalls, which are about a 40-minute walk away. The views are stunning, and if you're lucky, you might see Kilimanjaro's summit.

There's a cool pool at the base of the waterfall where you can take a refreshing swim, so remember to bring your swimwear!

After enjoying the scenery, you'll make your way back to Materuni village with your guide. Here, you'll get to savor a traditional Chagga lunch and even try our local banana beer.

Then, it's time for the coffee experience. You'll discover how coffee is grown, dried, roasted, and processed. You'll even have a chance to join in on grinding the coffee, all while being entertained by Chagga songs and dances —a fun way to immerse yourself in the local culture.
