Depart Arusha for a game drive in Tarangire National Park, where a large concentration of elephants can be seen all year round. Tarangire National Park is second only to the Serengeti ecosystem for its density of wildlife. During the dry seasons, thousands of animals migrate from the Masai steppe to the Tarangire River for water. After lunch, drive to Escarpment Luxury Lodge, where you will have a romantic bush dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2
Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, head off to the world's most iconic national park, Serengeti National Park. You can opt for a brief stop at the "cradle of mankind," as Olduvai Gorge and its archaeological finds are commonly called. After lunch, your search for the Big Five continues. The chances of seeing elephants, buffalo and lions are very high, however, leopards are nocturnal cats and will be more challenging to find. You may see black rhinos whose numbers have been drastically reduced due to heavy poaching. Return to the lodge in the evening for a romantic bush dinner.

Day 3

After an early breakfast, you depart on a full-day game drive adventure in the Serengeti wilderness. Depending on the time of the year, you will witness the annual great migration. In this mesmerising tourist attraction, vast herds of buffalo and zebra cross the Mara River and traverse the Mara/Serengeti ecosystem. We will chase Big Five and other animals such as giraffes and thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, kongon, impala and gazelle. Later in the afternoon, we will drive you to Four Seasons Safari Lodge.

Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, at 7:30am, you leave Serengeti for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and have a game drive en route. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the world’s most incredible destinations. Its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthral visitors. The crater is just a tiny part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which offers a range of attractions for adventurous travellers. The crater is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhinos as well as prides of lions. Later in the evening, you will be transferred to the edge of Rift Valley and enjoy dinner and your overnight stay at Escarpment Luxury Lodge.

Arusha
Arusha
You will be transferred from Escarpment Luxury Lodge to Arusha, where you will visit several attractions. One of these attractions includes a Masai village cultural tour where you will see how the traditional Masai tribe live. In the evening, you will board your flight to Zanzibar/home.
