Full-Day Exploring Meru National Park
After a hearty breakfast at your lodge, you'll set out onto the plains to spend the entire day exploring the park and all of the wildlife it contains. The best time to go exploring in the scrublands is first thing in the morning when the sun is shining and the animals are full of pep as they begin their day.
After enjoying lunch in the park, you can rest up for an afternoon game drive in which you can see creatures such as:

Outside on the savannas, listening to the dawn chorus is a mystical experience. The critters that are active during the day start to become active just as the nocturnal animals are going to sleep. The beginning of the sun's ascent over the horizon is accompanied by an amazing cacophony of sound that is a joy to see. This sound is created by mating cries and general singing by the birds. You will return to your accommodation for breakfast after your early morning game drive during which you will watch and listen for wildlife.
Following that, you will go on the road and make your way south to Nairobi. You will be able to make another halt at the point where the equator is crossed, and lunch will be served while you are traveling. Your driver will be able to take you wherever you need to go after you get to Nairobi, whether that be to your hotel, your apartment, or the international Airport, depending on the plans you have after that.
