Our team will pick you up from airport and after following a brief morning introduction, you embark on a journey to Lake Manyara National Park. This compact park extends alongside the 600-meter-high Rift Valley escarpment and is characterized by the presence of the alkaline Lake Manyara. This is the site where numerous flamingos create a pink hue in the shallow waters. The lake attracts a variety of waterbirds, and the park is home to over 400 different bird species. The diverse flora supports a range of wildlife, including forest-dwelling monkeys, grassland-inhabiting giraffes and antelopes, and acacia tree-surrounding elephants. If you're exceptionally fortunate, you might even catch a glimpse of the iconic Manyara lions relaxing in the treetops.
As the day progresses into late afternoon, you'll bid farewell to Lake Manyara National Park and make your way to the Africa Safari Tent Camp, where you'll spend the night.

After breakfast, head to the lush highlands in a fertile crater region inhabited by Iraqw people, growing wheat, corn, and coffee. You'll pass Ngorongoro Crater before reaching Serengeti National Park with its diverse landscapes - grass plains, savannah, bush, marshes, mountains, and lakes. Keep an eye out for kopjes - rocky outcrops perfect for spotting predators.
Depending on the season, witness the famous animal migration. In November and December, herds travel from the north to the south during a brief rainy season. From April to June, they migrate back north during the longer rainy season. This cycle depends on rainfall patterns. Your guide will help you find these incredible wildlife gatherings.
