Today, you'll head north for an estimated three hours toward Okonjima Private Game Reserve. This lodge not only offers luxury but also features a diverse range of wildlife. Take some time to relax and rejuvenate before embarking on an afternoon leopard-tracking excursion for close encounters with these magnificent predators. Afterward, savor a delightful dinner as you enjoy your first night in Namibia.

The following day, you'll continue your northward drive for approximately one hour and forty minutes until you reach the charming town of Outjo. You can choose to stop at Outjo Bakkery for a refreshing beverage and snack before starting your approximately one hour and twenty-minute journey to Etosha National Park. Named after the colossal salt pan, this park is one of the premier wildlife destinations in Africa.
Ongava Lodge is perched atop rocky dolomite hills in the region, offering a breathtaking view of a bustling waterhole teeming with wildlife. This luxurious retreat is renowned for its exceptional service and a dedicated staff committed to meeting your every need. In the morning, you'll drive southwest for approximately four hours through rugged mountains and savannah plains into Damaraland.
Nestled among these distinctive boulders is Camp Kipwe, which offers stunning vistas of the surrounding landscapes. As the sun sets, savor delicious dinners under a star-studded canopy.
Throughout your stay, you'll have the opportunity to explore the natural wonders of the region. Embark on a guided Desert-Adapted Elephant and Nature drive along the dry Huab River or, if you prefer, venture on your own to Brandberg Mountain, Namibia's largest mountain, renowned for the famous "White Lady" rock painting. Marvel at Bushmen rock engravings at Twyfelfontein, the nation's first heritage site, and witness ancient petrified forests and towering rock organ pipes that seem to stretch endlessly toward the sky.

Coastal Swakopmund
Your next destination will take you on a roughly three-hour drive southwest to reach the Skeleton Coast. As you head south for an hour, you'll see the Zeila Shipwreck en route to the town of Swakopmund.
The Strand Hotel is situated by the ocean and offers exceptional restaurants and bars to enhance your stay. Take some time to meander through the streets and admire the intriguing architecture, stroll along the jetty, or simply savor a warm beverage at the Slow Town coffee shop.
During your stay, you can look forward to exhilarating activities. Go on an adventurous ride on a quad bike across the dunes, and indulge in an unforgettable catamaran cruise in Walvis Bay. While on the cruise, you'll encounter playful seals, magnificent pelicans, and, if you're fortunate, dolphins, all while enjoying sparkling wine and locally sourced oysters. Afterward, join a guided 4x4 excursion to Sandwich Harbour, a lagoon and bird sanctuary nestled alongside the coastline where dunes and waves collide.

The Desert is Calling
The following day, you'll drive approximately five hours inland, with optional intriguing landmarks like Kuiseb Canyon and Vogberg along the way. Upon reaching Solitaire, make sure to stop and savor one of their world-famous apple pies before resuming your journey south to the Namib Desert.
Nestled amidst rugged mountains, Hoodia Desert Lodge is located roughly thirty minutes from the Namib-Naukluft National Park, right on the banks of the Tsauchab River. Enjoy their hospitality and take a dip in the pool. Afterward, embark on an optional sundowner experience.
The next morning, you'll venture into the Namib Desert on a guided tour to see some of the world`s biggest dunes, admire the vistas of Sossusvlei, and wander amid the beauty of Deadvlei. End the experience in the shade of Sesriem Canyon. Lunch is included as part of the excursion.
If you're seeking an extra thrill, an optional hot-air balloon adventure can be arranged for an additional cost.

Return to Windhoek
Today marks the final day of your safari as you drive an estimated five hours to Windhoek. You have two options for reaching your destination, both offering great optional stops en route. First, you can drive through Solitaire and indulge in another apple pie before ascending the Spreets Hoogte Pass, renowned for its breathtaking scenery. Alternatively, if you prefer to pause for an early lunch and savor local wine, Neuras Wine & Wildlife Estate might be the choice for you.
One of our staff members will meet you at Hosea Kutako International Airport and assist with the vehicle handover and check-in procedures. We highly recommend that you arrive at the airport at least three hours before your outbound flight.
If your schedule allows, you can explore Windhoek, Namibia's capital city. Should you desire to extend your stay in Windhoek for an extra night or go on an optional city tour, we can assist you in making these arrangements for an additional cost.
