At 8:00 a.m., your private safari guide will pick you up from your Arusha accommodation. The journey to Tarangire, along a smooth tarmac road, leads across the serene Masai plains adorned with scattered acacia trees. En route, you'll encounter Maasai people in their vibrant attire, engaging in various activities like walking, cycling, herding cattle, and driving donkey carts.
Tarangire National Park is renowned for its vast elephant herds. From the vehicle's open roof, you'll traverse the seasonal swamps, savannas, and Tarangire River, seeking out animals such as zebras, wildebeests, buffalos, elephants, and giraffes. There's a chance to spot lions on the hunt or leopards lounging in the treetops. Following an extensive game drive, you'll exit the park and head to a nearby campsite. Nestled amidst trees hosting troops of monkeys, the camp offers a picturesque setting. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at this charming campsite.

Lake Natron
You will be leaving Karatu at 7:00 am. You'll journey towards Ngaresero village (Lake Natron) with a packed lunch. The approximately eight-hour drive will lead you into the striking backdrop of the Ol'doinyo Lengai mountain. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred by jeep to the lodge or camp for your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park
Serengeti stands as one of Tanzania's largest parks, offering expansive plains that evoke a remarkable sense of freedom. En route, you'll traverse the Maasai land alongside Lake Natron before arriving at the Serengeti gate.
This semi-arid landscape is a magnet for various waterbirds and serves as a significant area for the breeding and nesting of the lesser flamingoes. Upon reaching the park, your adventure begins with the initial game drive while en route to the camp.

Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a once-in-a-lifetime safari tour. The jewel in Ngorongoro’s crown, this thick volcanic crater is the biggest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world.
Upon descending to the crater floor, you will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner. This is one of the crater’s leading features. Ngorongoro is one of the best places to see black rhinos in Tanzania as well as black-maned lions. There are many colorful flamingos and a variety of water birds. Leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and lots of other members of the antelope family can also be seen here. Later, you will ascend to the crater rim and head to your hotel in Arusha.
