Day 1

Depart Windhoek, Eros Airport in a Cessna 210 Aircraft to Twyfelfontein. Before landing at Twyfelfontein you can expect to see the Brandberg Mountain from the sky. An exciting possible sighting is the desert adapted elephant and other wildlife. With a local guide, visit rock engravings, the Burnt Mountain and Organ Pipes. Many of the rock formations were formed by prehistoric volcanic activities. Experience a living Damara museum while encountering long-established blacksmithing, tanning of leather, crafting, cultural dancing and singing.

Enjoy lunch at Twyfelfontein Country Lodge before departing back to Windhoek.
