You'll have an early morning departure starting from your pick-up location. The drive is about 7 to 8 hours to your hotel destination with 2 to 3 stopovers arranged by your driver guide depending on the departure time. The drive is through the equator within the central part of Kenya which also offers a magnificent view of Mount Kenya which is Kenya's highest mountain. The first day of your safari gives you hopes of many more attractions of beautiful landscapes and sceneries along the way and other different destinations to visit before reaching Samburu National Reserve and other different destinations to visit. Upon arrival at the hotel, you'll enjoy your late lunch after a warm welcome from the hotel staff. Later, you'll leave for the late afternoon game drive. Explore Samburu National Reserve

You'll enjoy early morning and afternoon game drives for this day. Samburu National Reserve is known for its unique view of the special five consisting of the reticulated giraffe, Beisa Oryx, Grevy's zebra, gerenuk, and the lesser kudu animals that can only be found in the Northern part of Kenya. Other animals available include huge herds of elephants and other members of the Big Five. Big antelope species like elands and small species like dik-diks are also available. Day 3

Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park

Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park

You'll have an early morning breakfast served to help start the journey as early as possible to Maili Saba Tented Camp located in Nakuru. It's also a long drive of about 7 to 8 hours. Lake Nakuru National Park is located just behind the city and it's known for its huge flocks of pink flamingoes and other large range species of birds like water birds, game birds, birds of prey, etc. Also, the Rothschild giraffe which is not commonly seen in some of the other parks within Kenya can be spotted here grazing together in large herds. Black and white rhinoceros give visitors of the park an unforgettable experience while they graze very close to them. You will enjoy lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Through Mau Forest route, a forest that acts as the water source for the Mara River and some other swamps within the Masai Mara National Reserve is your route to the reserve which is one of the best-known parks in Kenya. The drive is about 4 to 5 hours to get to the main entrance of the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will arrive at a very good time for lunch and have some time to relax after lunch. Later, you will proceed to the evening game drive. Later, you will have dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5

You will have extra time in the wild where you will be able to enjoy more time searching for the animals. Your experienced and knowledgeable driver guide can drive you to the interior part of the park. Different kinds of pictures from your phone or camera will always be a reminder to you of this unforgettable trip.
Masai Mara is the home for the Big Five animal and other hundreds of recorded animal species. The Mara ecosystem supports the highest concentration of wildlife in Kenya and is hence recorded as one of the world's heritage sites. Ornithologists also enjoy their visit as they update their highest record of different bird species. The lunch box will be packed and later served by your guide in the middle of the safari as you enjoy the park.
Later in the evening, you will get back to the camp/lodge, enjoy dinner, and an overnight stay.

You will enjoy early morning and afternoon game drives. At these hours of the day, you will enjoy as you await the large herds of elephants crossing the roads as they come to feed at the swamps in the morning and when heading back to their sleeping areas in the evening. Also, the cat family like the lions and cheetahs are mostly active at this park when the sun is not too hot.
Due to the availability of the swamps in this park, the park attracts many water birds, both small-sized and large birds. Other birds available include ostriches, game birds, eagles, and of course areas with carnivores that must have cleaners of their kills like vultures and storks. Mount Kilimanjaro peaks have the best view at dawn or dusk.
Thereafter, you will have dinner and an overnight stay at the camp/lodge.
