Day 1

Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve

Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by the company's driver-guide, an experienced guide who will take care of and help make your trip worthwhile. The safari starts early morning a drive that covers around 7 to 8 hours to the destination. You'll head north and cross the equator line that runs very closely to Kenya's tallest mountain. You'll arrive at lunchtime, after which the game drives start around 4 pm. Later, you'll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2

Explore Samburu National Reserve

You'll wake up very early before the sunrises for a morning game drive in search of wild animals. Samburu is home to the famous Big Five ( lion, buffalo elephant, rhino, and leopard). Also, you'll have a chance to see the special five, these are animals that are only available in the northern part of Kenya, these are; grevy's zebra, gerenuk, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, and the lesser kudu.
After the morning game drive, you'll head back to the lodge for breakfast. Afterward, you'll have time to enjoy other hotel facilities like swimming. Later in the evening, you'll get back for another game drive in search of animals that were not spotted in the morning.
After sunset, you'll go back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Samburu - Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Samburu - Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Ol Pejeta lies on the foot of Mount Kenya, Kenya's tallest mountain. Also, the 90,000-acre private wildlife conservancy is situated on the equator where the southern and northern hemispheres meet. The Conservancy is known for its large concentration of white and black rhinoceros, and chimpanzees among other animals like lions, bush elephants, water buffaloes cheetahs, and antelopes including different kinds of bird species naming some but a few.
You'll arrive at a very good time for lunch from Samburu after which later afternoon you'll leave for the afternoon game drive. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Lake Naivasha is the only freshwater lake in Kenya's Great Rift Valley region. The 139km squared lake is home to hippos, fish, and hundreds of water birds. The town named after the lake acts as a sleepover to cut the long-distance drive from Mt Kenya region to Masai Mara. A variety of activities are offered within the region like horse riding, nature walks to the island, etc.
Lunch, dinner, and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 5

You'll depart from Naivasha to the famous Masai land after an early breakfast. The drive is about 5 hours to the main gate of the national reserve. Big herds of cattle belonging to the Masai community welcome you along the highway while grazing or on their way to the sheds. You'll arrive at a good time for lunch and have little time to relax. Later, you'll leave for the late afternoon game drive.
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Explore Masai Mara National Reserve

Prepare for a full-day game drive of around 8 hours inside the park just having fun with the animals and enjoying the beautiful landscape within the park. Lunch boxes are offered which are served to you by your driver-guide at an appropriate location within the park which helps to give you more time in the park rather than rushing back for lunch.
This World Heritage Site offers a large variety of animal viewing from the famous Big Five animals to big antelopes, scavengers, zebras giraffes, and the ugly five animals plus more than 400 bird species recorded within the reserve.
Other activities including balloon safaris are available which you can fly higher and higher until you come to realize why the Masai referred to the reserve as Mara. Also, a visit to the Masai community is another activity, whereby these extra activities can be organized at an extra cost.
After the game drive, you'll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.
