1-Day Hike Mount Kilimanjaro via Shira Route View Peak

Today we will go for a one-day exploration of the Shira Route on Kilimanjaro, starting your journey at the Londorossi Gate at 2,250m. The initial leg takes you through the captivating rainforest, offering glimpses of Kilimanjaro's unique flora and fauna. Around noon, you'll arrive at Shira 1 Camp (3,505 meters / 11,500 feet), where a packed lunch awaits amid breathtaking views of the Shira Plateau. After lunch, continue your hike from Shira 1 Camp to Shira Cathedral if time allows and Back to Shira 1 Camp, providing a taste of the high-altitude landscape. Take in the surroundings, explore the camp, and start your descent back to the Londorossi Gate. The day concludes from the park before 6:30 PM, and you'll be transferred back to Arusha/Moshi expecting to arrive from 7-8:00 PM.
