Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park

At 6:00 AM, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transfer you to Zanzibar Airport. You will board a morning flight departing at 8:00 AM to Arusha Airport. Upon your arrival at 9:30 AM, our driver-guide will warmly welcome you. After a brief orientation, you will set off on a scenic drive to the Ndutu region in the southern part of Serengeti National Park.
Ndutu is renowned for its exceptional wildlife viewing during the green season, from December to March, when approximately 8,000 wildebeest calves are born each day. This area is also a prime spot for observing six species of cats—leopard, lion, cheetah, caracal, African wildcat, and serval—along with a diverse array of other wildlife.

After lunch, we will continue our game drive, exploring the incredible wildlife and landscapes of Ndutu. As the day winds down, we will head to our accommodations—a comfortable permanent tented camp nestled in the wilderness—where you can enjoy dinner and relax for the night.

Southern Serengeti ( Spotting Calving and Big Cats ) and Migration

After breakfast, spend a full day on a game drive in the Southern Serengeti (Ndutu area). Visit Lake Ndutu, which is alkaline; however, the water is still drinkable and consumed by a wide array of local wildlife. The majority of the wildebeest migration can normally be found on the grazing plains from December to April. The area is usually crowded with elephants, birds, and predators.

Later in the evening, you will drive back to your accommodation for dinner and Overnight Relax.

Game Drive and Fly Back to Zanzibar

After an early breakfast at 6:00 AM, you'll depart from the lodge and head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive to the Ngorongoro gate takes approximately two hours. Upon arrival, you'll embark on a full-day game drive inside the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, complete with a picnic lunch.

In the afternoon, you'll drive to Arusha Airport for your 4:30 PM flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at 5:30 PM, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its unique blend of natural beauty and cultural significance. Once you descend into the crater, you'll have an incredible opportunity to spot the Big Five—lions, buffaloes, elephants, leopards, and the rare black rhinos. The crater is also home to diverse bird species, including flamingos, which thrive in its serene lakes.
