Pick up from the airport or lodge early morning and depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area where we will proceed crossing Ngorongoro Highlands to Ndutu Area and here we'll start the game drive for this day with special attention to the great migration. Our safari guide will find a good point for spotting Great Migration.
The great migration herds aggregate close to Lake Ndutu area between Serengeti and Ngorongoro from December to April, here they find fresh food and big predators waiting for them. From January, it is the beginning of the calving season for wildebeests.

Day 2

Get up early in the morning enjoy breakfast, then we will enjoy the last game drive in Ndutu Area with special eye to the Great Migration. Later in the afternoon, we will transfer you to Ngorongoro for overnight to an accommodation located on the Ngorongoro Crater Rim. This gives you a chance to descend in Crater early morning next day and see many animals when they are still more active.

This UNESCO World Heritage Site formed millions of years ago with the massive explosion of a volcano once higher than Kilimanjaro is 610m deep and covers roughly 304sq km. It has a dense animal population of approximately 25 000 ungulates.

Day 3

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha/ Kilimanjaro

After breakfast, we will descend inside Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with a picnic lunch. Ngorongoro Crater is a must-see while on safari in Tanzania for its high density of wild animals. We will be able to see wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, elephant, and perhaps if we are lucky, black rhino through the grass. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport where our safari ends.
