Often referred to as the "Eighth Wonder of the World", the Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest unbroken, unflooded volcanic caldera. This geological marvel was formed around 3 million years ago when a massive volcano, possibly even taller than Mount Kilimanjaro, erupted and collapsed. It's often described as a "natural zoo" due to the high concentration of animals within its confines. The crater is home to the "Big Five" – lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinoceros.
