Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by your driver who will be waiting for you. You will drive to your accommodation in Arusha, and on a clear day, you may have views of Kilimanjaro en route. After a long day traveling, you may want to rest, but if you want to keep yourself busy until the evening, we can arrange a city tour or other experiences depending on your interests.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will be picked up at 8:30 am by your guide from your hotel in Arusha. After an approximately 2-hour drive, you will reach Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, your guide will open the roof for a better viewing experience. Tarangire is home to the largest elephant herds in the north of Tanzania. Giraffes, buffaloes, lions, zebras, wildebeests as well as various antelopes and gazelles, can also be spotted here. The landscape is made up of seasonal marshes and a seemingly endless tree savannah with its mighty baobab trees. After extensive game drives in the park, you will stay overnight at your lodge on a full-board basis.

Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will drive straight to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and stop at a viewing point. After that, you will descend into the 600m-deep crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful setting and the best place in East Africa to see the Big Five. It is one of the world's most beautiful natural wildlife safari sites and an exceptional place to interact with people from the Maasai community. On reaching the crater's edge, the 20km-diameter caldera opens up before you in all its glory, and you will descend into the crater on an adventurous trail.

This World Heritage Site is seasonally home to over 25,000 animals, including a wide range of bird species, hyenas, and the endangered black rhinos. We will serve you a hot lunch at a picnic spot near the hippo pool. After lunch, we will drive you straight to the heart of Serengeti National Park. You will have an en-route game drive to your accommodation where you will have dinner and an overnight stay.

Full-Day Game Drive at Serengeti National Park

Today you will spend the whole day in the park. You'll head out and start to explore at sunrise. You will have a full-day game drive exploring the beautiful scenery of Serengeti, searching for the Big Five. You will then return to the lodge for a hot lunch and then head out for an afternoon game drive. There is more to Serengeti than large mammals. There are more than 500 bird species recorded, ranging from the oversized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird of the open grassland to the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the savannah. You will continue to search for Serengeti wildlife and return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park to Karatu

You will wake up early in the morning for a game drive to watch wildlife. You will return to the camp for brunch before heading out for another game drive in the park. Here in the Seronera region, you will often see wildebeests and zebras near lions and other predators such as leopards and cheetahs. After a picnic lunch, you will continue your journey toward the Karatu passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Once you have reached the crater rim, you will enjoy fantastic views of this 600 m-deep collapsed volcano then check into your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay ready for the next adventure.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

You'll depart from the lodge after breakfast and begin the drive to Lake Manyara National Park. The journey takes approximately two hours. The park is truly a photographer's playground and offers some of the best game viewing in the world. You can expect to see many of Africa's most well-known animals, with the tree-climbing lions a particular treat. These proud predators lounge in acacia trees practically begging to be photographed. Bird watchers will find Lake Manyara to be an absolute delight, with a huge variety of birds on display in the park. Even the novice can expect to be amazed by large flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the brightly colored lilac-breasted roller.
Later on, you will drive back to Arusha.
