Nairobi- Meru National Park

You will start with a meet and greet by Glamping Africa Tours representative. Shortly after, you will be transferred to Wilson airport for your scheduled flight to Meru National Park, on arrival you will be met by the lodge driver/guide who will then transfer you to your perfectly located, eco-friendly lodge. After lunch and short rest embark for your afternoon shared and scheduled game drive in Meru National Park.

Meru National Park is located about 200 kilometres from Nairobi. The 340-square-mile park is home to a diverse range of wildlife. It is one of East Africa’s most promising parks and an excellent choice for those looking for a park with fewer vehicles. Elsa the Lioness, of Born Free fame, is buried here.

Discovering the Hidden Gems of Meru National Park

You will spend this day exploring Meru National Park in shared and scheduled game drives. Some of Kenya’s largest herds of buffalos are found here and so are the elusive leopards. Other animals you can look forward to seeing include cheetahs, hippos, zebras, giraffes, hartebeests, oryxs, oribis, waterbucks, and abundant birdlife with over 400 recorded species.
