Tarangire National Park

Pick up Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for full day enjoying game drive with picnic lunch and later proceed to Manyara for dinner and overnight

Tarangire National Park has the highest density of elephants, and you can view these animals all year round. Often, the herds can reach an impressive number of 300 animals. The Tarangire River has water all through the year. During the dry season, between July and October, many animals from the surrounding areas come to the river for drinking. If you visit the park during the dry season, you will witness an unforgettable natural wonder as you can observe wonderful creatures such as lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, and zebras as well as various types of antelopes and gazelles. With a little luck, you may also spot a python!

Lake Manyara National Park

Depart to Lake Manyara National Park for full day game drive with picnic lunch and later continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight. On this day, you will continue with the game drives from early morning in Lake Manyara, enjoying a different scenery and forest scenery. Then explore varied types of safaris including guided walks and canoeing safaris. You will continue with the game drives and activities.

Ngorongoro Crater-Arusha

Have an early breakfast and then descend to the Ngorongoro Crater. This is a highly-visited African attraction and is the world’s largest inactive, unbroken, and unfilled volcanic caldera. At this point, we will get a chance to see a large number of mammals such as the endangered rhino, mountain reedbuck, jackal, and numerous bird species including white pelicans and flamingos on Lake Ndutu and Lake Magadi. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Arusha.
