Day 2

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

The Tarangire National Park takes its name from the river that crosses it, dividing it in half. The waters offer refreshment to all the animals of the area during the dry season. In this park, you’ll get in on the action of the photo safari, and you will be able to take as many photos as you would like of the herds of stately elephants, African pythons (able to climb on the trees), and the gigantic baobabs. Your dinner and overnight stay will be in Karatu at the Farm of Dreams lodge.

The safari continues with the tour of the Lake Manyara National Park, one of the Tanzanian parks with the highest biodiversity. With an area of only 330 square km, with 230 of those occupied by the lake, it is possible to experience five different ecosystems. The park is inhabited by over 380 types of birds and a high number of animal kinds, including elephants, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, baboons, hippos, antelopes, warthogs, and so many others. Later, you'll drive to Farm of Dreams Lodge for your dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Central Serengeti National Park

Today is the day of the Serengeti National Park. To reach it, you will have a transfer game drive across the Ngorongoro Conservation Area from Karatu. During the trip, you’ll be able to proceed with the photo safari, and you’ll have a picnic lunch at Central Serengeti.

You'll proceed with evening game drives after lunch until sunset.

Your dinner and overnight stay will be in Serengeti Heritage luxury tented camps.

This will be the day to follow the wildebeests migrations according to the season. You'll have a full guided game drive with our professional guide until you meet your expectations.

After breakfast, you will head out for another game drive in the Serengeti National Park. You might spot the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard) before embarking on your journey to Ngorongoro Crater. The animals roam freely through the unfenced reserves, offering an uninterrupted game-viewing experience. Arriving at the crater's edge, you will have dinner and the rest of the day relax. You will spend the night on the crater's edge, with the orange glow of sunset surrounding you as you drift off to sleep.

Day 7

Ngorongoro to Lake Eyasi

Ngorongoro to Lake Eyasi

After a hearty breakfast with the breathtaking views of the rising sun over the crater's edge rewarding early risers!

You will drive down the adventurous track into the crater. This UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the Seven Wonders of Africa and one of the most incredible ecosystems on Earth, formed millions of years ago in the massive explosion of a volcano. It is 610 m deep and covers roughly around 260 square kilometers.

Due to its dense animal population of approximately 25,000, the crater offers the best game-viewing of all the parks in Tanzania. In a matter of minutes, you will see wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and some of the more than 500 bird species in the area. You might catch a glimpse of the endangered black rhino through the grass with a bit of luck.

After the game drives in Ngorongoro Crater, you will drive back to Lake Eyasi for dinner and an overnight stay.

Following a delicious breakfast, you'll have a guided tour in Lake Eyasi, where you will have the exceptional chance to interact with the well-known Hadzabe population. These knowledgeable hunters will extend an invitation for you to go hunting with them so you can experience their methods up close.

We'll introduce you to the Datoga people, who are renowned for their extraordinary blacksmithing abilities, after your time with the Hadzabe.

You can also take a stroll around Lake Eyasi, discover the neighboring local towns, and get a true African experience. After the tour, you will drive back to Arusha.

Today is the final day of your 9-day private tour. After breakfast, you'll double-check your luggage and be driven to the airport for your departure.

We will take you to Kilimanjaro International Airport, or you can extend your trip with a beach holiday in Zanzibar. The drop-off in Arusha will be either at the Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport.
It will be the end of your tour with us.
