Cape Town to Aquila Private Game Reserve

Just 2 hours from Cape Town, take a scenic drive to Aquila Private Game Reserve for your all-inclusive Big 5 safari tour. You will be picked up from your hotel or Cape Town International Airport at 10:00 and will head to Aquila Game Reserve to begin your safari adventure.

On arrival, a welcome drink awaits you which is followed by a buffet lunch. Check into your room after lunch and receive assistance with your luggage from a porter, if needed. Relax for the rest of the afternoon by taking a dip in the pool or soaking up your surroundings from your terrace.

At 16:30, get ready for your first afternoon Big 5 safari game drive in an open 4x4 safari game truck with a safari game ranger.

On completion of your game drive, get ready for a scrumptious buffet dinner followed by a stargazing safari to marvel at the sky. Thereafter, it's time to head to your room for a peaceful slumber.

Aquila Private Game Reserve Big 5 Safari

Over the next 2 days, your Big 5 safari game drive will start at 08:30 and will give you the chance for possible lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo sightings, amongst other smaller animals.

Head to a delicious buffet breakfast after your safari and spend the rest of the day relaxing. You can also choose to do a quad bike safari, horseback safari, take a swim, or have a spa treatment during your leisure time. Lunch will be served at 12:30.

Before your 19:00 buffet dinner, enjoy a 2 to 3-hour safari game drive, allowing you to spot more amazing animals. You can also exchange a safari game drive for a horseback safari.

Opt for a stargazing safari after dinner or simply retire to your lodge room for a good night's rest.

Aquila Private Game Reserve to Cape Town

Take in the magic of the wildlife that surrounds you on your last safari game drive or choose to soak up your adventure by relaxing and preparing for your departure. Make sure to catch breakfast between 08:00 and 10:00, before checking out at 10:30. A porter will assist with your luggage if needed. Meet our private guide-driver in the reception area for your private transfer back to Cape Town for drop-off at either your accommodation or Cape Town International Airport.
