Pick up from Johannesburg and drive to Kruger National Park

Our friendly tour guide will pick you up from your requested location (usually from a hotel or the airport). After exchanging greetings, our tour guide will drive you to Kruger National Park in the Mpumalanga Province. You will check into your accommodation in the late afternoon and get some time to freshen up and rest before you enjoy dinner.

Your day starts at 5 am when the sun rises for an early morning game drive in an open safari vehicle. Your safari tour guide will take you for a full-day game drive in Kruger National Park. This full-day safari tour will give you a chance to encounter the Big Five and other wildlife species in their natural habitat.

You will enjoy your breakfast and lunch in the park, surrounded by the sounds of the African bush. Continue your safari adventure and enjoy capturing the beauty of the sunset over the savannah. Your safari guide will take you back to the lodge around 4 pm where dinner will be served.

This route is most famous for the Blyde River Canyon, which is the third largest canyon in the world and one of the largest green canyons due to its lush subtropical foliage.
Highlights: Three Rondavels, God's Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, and the panoramic views of the canyon.

Early Morning Game Drive And Drive Back to Johannesburg

A morning game drive in Kruger National Park offers an unforgettable wildlife experience, showcasing the park's rich biodiversity at the most active time of day for many animals. As the sun begins to rise, embark on a game drive in an open safari vehicle. This is the prime time to spot predators such as lions, leopards, and hyenas as they are still active from the night’s hunt. Herbivores like elephants, zebras, and antelope are also more visible in the cool morning hours. Wildlife spotting, photography, and listening to the sounds of the bush come alive. Opportunities to spot more wildlife, including birds, smaller mammals, and the possibility of witnessing interactions among animals.
