Day 1

We'll pick you up in Moshi and drive for about an hour to Kilimanjaro National Park's Marangu gate. Following the necessary registration, your trek kicks off through a lush rainforest, offering glimpses of diverse bird species, blue monkeys, and black and white colobus monkeys. Our experienced guide will share insights about Kilimanjaro and the local flora and fauna.

After 3-4 hours of hiking, you'll reach Mandara Hut at 2700 meters for lunch and a break. A brief 15-minute walk to Maundi Crater unveils stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and Northern Tanzania. Returning to Marangu Gate takes 2-3 hours, where your transport awaits to take you back to your hotel. Reflect on the day's adventures and enjoy the sunset during the journey back.
