Visiting Arusha National park

After Breakfast the car will pick you and drive you to Arusha National park. Here you will see giraffes, buffalos, zebras, wildebeest and occasionaly a lion. You will take a lunchbox and the whole day can be a game drive. Or you can choose to hike some hours with an armed ranger. Diner will be served in Moshi in the BruBru lodge.

After early breakfast you will drive to Mkomazi National Park. It is a quiet but very interesting park due to the wild dogs which you will see here. Furtermore there is a rhino sanctuary which you can visited. You will stay 1 overnight in the park where lunch and diner will be served.

Usambara Mountains

After early breakfast a game drive in Mkomazi NP is on the programm or visit the rhino sanctuary in the park. You will see a lot of wildlife in the park. In the afternoon you will head to Usambara mountains, a rainforest area where you will stay in a nice cottage.

Hiking in the Usambara mountains

Today you will hike to Irente viewpoint, a local guide will show you the beauty of the Usambara mountains. See how they grow the banana plantages, how they produce the bricks and enjoy the beautifull views at Irente viewpoint. Local lunch at a small restaurant where they produce nice bread and cheese.

Time to return to Arusha
