Pick you up from your hotel in Nairobi and transfer to nearby Wilson Airport for your morning flight to Amboseli National park arrival into Amboseli Lunch at the camp then later afternoon game drive.

Amboseli National Park is a perfect place for game viewing as it hosts an enormous range of wildlife. This is the best spot on the continent for viewing numerous herds of free-ranging elephants. They are in such abundance here you are guaranteed sightings.

Framing the park is the towering presence of the Mt. Kilimanjaro, the largest mountain in Africa and the tallest free-standing mountain in the world. Its snow-capped summit will peek out when the clouds break at dawn or dusk.

Day 3

Lewa Conservancy

Lewa Conservancy

After breakfast at the hotel, we shall be transferred to the airstrip to catch your internal flight to the Lewa Airstrip. On arrival we transfer to the Lewa Safari Camp, in the Lewa Downs Conservancy. The Lewa Safari tented camp consists of a central cedar wood cottage, housing the dining room, lounge and bar, while guest accommodation is in tents on raised platforms and under thatched roofs. Each tent has electric light, en-suite bathrooms and large double beds. The camp overlooks a floodlit waterhole. The afternoon brings a change of ecosystems as we drive through Kenya's most protected area and home to species only found north of the equator, from the Reticulated Giraffe to GrevyÍs zebras and Beisa Oryxes.

Full day at Lewa Conservancy to spent exploring this wonderful privately-owned game reserve, enjoying walking, horse-riding, camel safaris, game-drives, night-drives, fishing, archery, tennis and swimming in the waterfalls behind the lodge.

Set amidst 62,000 acres of sprawling Savannah, the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy boasts some of the most spectacular views in northern Kenya.

With one of the highest wildlife densities in Kenya including 10% and 14% of the country’s black and white rhinos respectively, the Conservancy is also home to the world’s single largest population of Grevy’s zebras.

It is also the best place to spot herds of elephants and buffalo, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, more than 400 species of birds and if lucky, a pack of wild dogs!

Day 5

Masai Mara

Enjoy your breakfast at the camp then catch morning flight to Masai Mara. The flight takes around an hour and you fly over the scenically beautiful Great Rift Valley. On arrival in the Masai Mara, it’s a short game drive en route to the camp, before an al fresco lunch overlooking the Mara River. Embark on a thrilling afternoon game drive at around 3:30pm and return in the dusk for drinks and chatter around the campfire, before your dinner. Fall asleep to the night-time chorus of the Masai Mara!

On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park.

It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.
