On this day, our safari guide will pick you up from Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport and proceed to Tarangire National Park for game viewing and a picnic lunch. After the game drive, you will drive to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, which is the only source of water for the wild animals here during the dry season. The park is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees, and tree-climbing African pythons.

You'll get up early and enjoy breakfast. Then, you'll drive to Northern Serengeti with a packed lunch box around Mara River where the great migration is happening.
The safari guide will find the best viewpoint for the Great Migration. Here you will be able to experience how the migration occurs and the special things you will experience the greatest battles between crocodiles on the river and wildebeests. Not only that but also predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
The Great Migration is the largest herd movement of wildebeests, zebras, and other animals crossing the Mara River to Masai Mara in Kenya. Migration crosses the Mara River which is full of crocodiles. The best time to visit and explore the Great Migration is from July to early October every year.
