Arusha to Tarangire National Park

This morning, your guide will pick you up from your lodge/hotel and drive straight to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive. The park is famed for having the highest concentration of elephants in the world, seen among its spectacular baobab trees that are suspected to live for hundreds of years. The park is named after the Tarangire River, the only water source for the animals during the dry season, attracting lots of wildlife. Its many river circuits and game drive loops will allow us to see plenty of animals on the river banks in search of water. After a full day of fantastic game drives in Tarangire, we will transfer to our campsite for an overnight stay.
