Day 1

Arrival at Seronera Airstrip start a game drive to Ndutu Once you reach Ndutu you will begin a half-day game drive with a convenient stop for your picnic lunch. Sweeping grasslands cover the region which gradually fades into the Serengeti. Ndutu forms a part of the route for the annual migration of more than 2 million wildebeests and thousands of zebra, antelope, and gazelle. During game drives at the right season between December and April, you will be able to see the fertile plains turn into calving grounds and nurseries for the great migration. This season attracts hordes of predators prying on vulnerable young wildebeest. Crested with Ndutu Lake and Lake Masek, these waterholes offer plenty of wildlife game during the dry season. The Ndutu is also the home ground for 6 species of big cats leopard, lion, cheetah, caracal, serval, and wildcat. The action- packed game drive will end late in the evening to the hotel for the rest.

Full game drive in Ndutu Due to volcanic ash falling millions of years ago the grass in this region is particularly rich in vital minerals. Every year the herds of wildebeest millions strong return to the area to give birth. An estimated 4,000 give birth daily between January and mid-February.

Day 3

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After breakfast, you will make your way to the Ngorongoro crater where you will descend approximately 2,000 feet to the floor of the crater. Once an active volcano that exploded and collapsed on itself over 3 million years ago creating a unique and spectacular habitat for many wildlife. The crater is now home to many wild animals including black rhinos, elephants, zebra, wildebeest, and lions. There are also a few freshwater and soda water lakes.
Game drive all morning before stopping for lunch by one of the lakes. After lunch, you will make your ascent from the crater and you with transfer to Arusha Airport for the flight to Zanzibar.
