Transfer from Arusha to Serengeti National Park for Game Drive

On Day 1, your safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up in Arusha. You’ll then embark on a scenic road transfer to Serengeti National Park (approximately 5-6 hours). As you drive through the Tanzanian countryside, enjoy the beautiful landscapes and passing villages along the way. Upon arriving in Serengeti, known for its vast savannahs and incredible wildlife, you’ll begin your afternoon game drive. The Serengeti is famous for its diverse animal populations, from large herds of wildebeest and zebras to predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Depending on the season, you may witness parts of the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles make their annual journey across the park in search of fresh grazing grounds. After the game drive, you'll check into your lodge or camp for an evening of relaxation and a well-deserved dinner, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Morning Game Drive in Serengeti & Departure to Arusha

On Day 2, you’ll rise early to enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti. This is a prime time for wildlife viewing, as many animals are most active in the cooler morning hours. You’ll have the chance to spot predators hunting, large herds grazing, and perhaps witness a dramatic animal interaction. The Serengeti’s landscape changes throughout the park, from open plains to riverine forests, giving you a diverse wildlife viewing experience. After an exciting morning, you’ll return to your lodge or camp for a hearty breakfast before beginning your drive back to Arusha. Depending on your time of departure, you may have a brief stop at a scenic location for a last look at the Serengeti before traveling back to Arusha (approximately 5-6 hours). Your safari concludes upon arrival in Arusha, where you can either relax or head to the airport for your onward journey.
