Day 1

Your safari adventure begins when your dedicated guide picks you up from your airport or accommodation. Today's journey takes you to Tarangire National Park, with a scenic drive of approximately 2.5 hours on well-maintained tarmac roads. The park gets its name from the Tarangire River, which flows through it and acts as the region's primary water source for wildlife during the Dry season.
Tarangire is famous for its large elephant families, often gathering by the river. You can also spot giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests here. Various predators, including lions and leopards, follow these animals. Tarangire is home to more breeding bird species than anywhere else! The landscape is dotted with impressive ancient baobab trees, some of which are believed to be over 1,000 years old.
During your visit, you will enjoy a delightful picnic lunch at a designated site within the park. After a thrilling game drive, you will head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater

Embark on a captivating journey to Ngorongoro Crater, where your driver will take you to a realm that seems frozen in time. Nestled within the towering volcanic walls is a pristine wilderness, featuring expansive savannah, patches of acacia woodland, and shimmering lakes and swamps. This geological marvel was formed by a colossal volcanic eruption that occurred 2 to 3 million years ago, leading to the volcano's collapse.
The descent into the crater is an adventure in itself! Once you reach the crater floor, you will be surrounded by vast herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle, along with over 500 species of birds. This unique habitat provides the best opportunity to spot the endangered black rhino, occasionally seen in the open grasslands.
After a fulfilling afternoon exploring the crater's wonders, your day will conclude with a transfer to your accommodation, where you can enjoy a delightful dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3
Lake Manyara National Park

After a hearty breakfast, your journey continues to Lake Manyara National Park, a small yet diverse sanctuary. This park uniquely combines compactness—ranking among Africa's narrowest parks—with grandeur, as the Great Rift Escarpment rises majestically over Lake Manyara's western boundary. The park is named after its shallow salt lake, which fluctuates with the seasons and attracts thousands of wading birds, including flamingos, along with over 500 different bird species.
As you explore the park's dense evergreen forest, look for baboons and elephants. The iconic tree-climbing lions, renowned throughout Africa, add an exciting element to your adventure! After a full day immersed in the park's wonders, you will drive to your accommodation in Arusha, preparing for the activities planned for the next day at the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 4
Foot Hills of Mount Kilimanjaro

Join us for an exciting adventure as we take you on a journey to Materuni Village, located at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a brief but invigorating hike that will lead us to the breathtaking Materuni Falls. Take in the stunning views of the waterfall before we visit a local coffee farm.
During this visit, you will gain insights into the intricate processes of coffee cultivation, harvesting and processing. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the art of roasting and learn how to brew a cup of authentic local coffee.
As the day comes to an end, we will return to the village and transport you to the airport, where you will be able to catch your flight to Zanzibar.
The dropoff at the airport marks the conclusion of your experience with us.
