Upon arrival at Entebbe international airport, a Naseeb safaris assigned English speaking tour driver guide will receive and welcome you to Uganda the pearl of Africa.
Thereafter, you will transfer to the booked accommodation. You will check in and take your rest recovering from jet lag, adjusting to time difference. Relax and take your rest.

Day 2

In the morning, we shall have breakfast at around 7- 7:30am.
After breakfast we shall move out and head for the mabamba wetland, this area is considered one of the few places in Uganda with a higher chance of spotting the prehistoric shoebill stork.
Its fascinating to watch this bird in its national habitat. It stands absolutely still for a long time waiting for its prey’s movement and then suddenly strike with a marvellous speed.
From mabamba we shall return to the accommodation for lunch and thereafter embark on a transfer that will see us overnight in lake mburo national park.

Day 3

Enjoy your early breakfast and proceed to lake mburo for a morning nature park walk in presence of an armed UWA ranger guide. On this early morning guided walk, you will see the giraffes, elands, defassa waterbucks, topis, cape buffaloes among others. You will take the trail to the top of the hills and see lake mburo and beyond, from this point you will have a great view of nine of the twelve lakes surrounding lake mburo national park.
Thereafter, return to the accommodation for lunch and in the afternoon-evening, we shall have a 2 hour boat ride where we shall many bird species and animals like hippos.

Expect to see the giant eland, zebras, topis, impalas, cape buffaloes etc and later on relax at the accommodation where you will spend the night. (optional at an extra cost) if interested you may consider the night game drive to encounter nocturnal creatures which will be a rare sighting compared to the regular daytime sightings. In lake bunyonyi, you will relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

On this day, should you wish to go out for an activity, you may consider the following; a historical islands tour, visit to batwa community, nyombe swamp, excursion, mountain bike cycling, zip lining, canoeing or kayaking on the lake. The activity can be arranged on site with the help of your driver guide ( at an extra cost). After we shall hit the road to Kisoro in lake mutanda resort where you can relax for the evening.

After breakfast we set off to mgahinga gorilla national park for golden monkey tracking. Only a small number remaining in the world, the golden monkey can be found on the foothills of volcanic mountains of mgahinga, characterised by its bright golden body, cheeks and tail end. These playful primates are a pleasure to watch. After tracking, we shall return to the accommodation in lake mutanda and you can relax or take a canoe.

Have breakfast and move to the ranger’s post.
You will receive some briefying from a ranger guide on the dos and don’ts during trekking.
Thereafter you will enter the Bwindi forest for your adventure. The time taken and the terrain varies with the movements of these great primates. Once you have located a gorilla group, you will be allowed an hour in its presence.
The thrill of spending time observing these gentle but endangered giants is unforgettable. Return to the accommodation, have lunch and relax abit then move out for community activity experience (batwa experience, coffee experience etc all at an extra cost depending on the activity you choose).

After breakfast we drive to Queen Elizabeth national park. From green rainforests to open savannah through the other sectors of Bwindi to the vastness on the fringes of lake Edward it’s a wonder that Queen Elizabeth boasts one of the highest biodiversity rates of any game park and the sector is famous for the tree climbing lions. Check in at the lodge, have lunch and prepare for an afternoon game drive in search of these lions.

Have breakfast and in case you missed the tree climbing lions, the morning is another chance to try and search again before heading to the northern part of Queen Elizabeth national park for and afternoon boat cruise on kazinga channel. The channel is famous for hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, variety of bird species & elephants. After we head to the lodge for the night. In case you are interested we can organise a night game drive at an extra cost to see the nocturnal animals like leopards and hyenas.

Begin the day with a game drive in the morning just after an early breakfast.
Along the kasenyi and queen’s plains, there are chances of seeing elephants, lions, ug kobs, buffaloes, waterbucks, and warthogs plus various bird species. The drive will take you upto lake George whereafter you return for lunch at the lodge. After lunch you will explore the crater lakes region with stunning calming views and later dine and slumber at your lodge.

Early breakfast at the lodge, we visit kyambura George before we transfer to Fort portal. The kyambura George is an 100m & 16km long patch of forest on the edge of the park in the east. Underneath is a beautiful piece of earth with a number of plant life, wildlife, and a river that harbours hippos and also a community of chimpanzees. We shall take a walk after briefing from the fig tree camp, slope into the George and when we return, we head for Fort portal arriving in the early afternoon. We shall check in at our lodge and relax or do an activity around fort portal.

After breakfast, we take a day to further east close to Uganda congo boarder on the floor of the rift valley. Semliki is uganda’s isolated park. On the floor of the park is uganda’s hottest hot springs the sempaya hot spring. We shall take a walk to the male and female hot springs. One with a geyser learn about their formation and later drive back and check in at our lodge at kibale national park.

You will experience some serious primate business in kibale national park, boasts the highest number of primate species in the world including chimpanzee live in the wild in Uganda wchich makes it a perfect place to spot them, an experienced ranger will take you on chimp tracking in the morning.
The activity begins at 8:00 am with a briefing regarding the rules of trekking the chimps.
Afterwards you will set off to search for them in the forest once you locate the chimpanzees you will have a full hour with them. You will then return to the lodge for lunch after proceed to Bigodi wetland excursion. The bigodi wetland boasts of extensive array of biodiversity among which are several primates, it’s also a paradise for bird watchers. Among the major bird species within the area is the great blue turaco.

Day 14

Transfer to Murchison falls national park

After an early breakfast, you will cross to Murchison falls national park entering the reserve from the south, whilst staying overnight on the northern sector of the park. Along the way you will visit the top of the falls which are spectacular. Its where the park gets its name, a point where the river Nile meets its greatest obstacle, fixing into a 7m gap. The wildlife is concentrated at the northern section of the park, after you have crossed the nile river. We shall drive slowly as you view wildlife, check in at our lodge, relax as we wait for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Have breakfast, depart for an early morning game drive across the rolling plains of uganda’s largest national park and be on the lookout for wildlife, bird species and return to the lodge for some rest and lunch. After lunch you will head out for the boat trip to the base of Murchison falls where you will also see more animals including Hippos, nile crocodiles and several water birds. If interested continue with a hike to the top of the falls. The hike may be a strenuous one but the thrill on reaching the top is unforgettable.
Return to your accommodation and relax.

We will have an early breakfast and then drive to the top of falls to truly appreciate the beauty and magnificence of the Murchison falls. From the top, we shall embark on a transfer to ziwa Rhino sanctuary where you will proceed for an hour on foot rhino tracking. From Rhino tracking, we shall then hit the road to Entebbe to catch a flight or hotel of your choice.
