Moria safaris representative will greet you at the airport and transport you to your accommodation in Arusha, where you will spend the night, unwind, and get ready for the upcoming adventures. Our affiliated Mid- Range lodge, The Charity Hotel, is nestled in a verdant residential area near the town center.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

In the morning, our personal safari guide will pick you up from your lodge in Arusha. We'll embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park, traversing well-paved roads across the gently rolling Maasai plains adorned with scattered acacia trees. Along the way, you'll witness the vibrant Maasai people in their colorful attire, walking, riding bicycles, herding cattle, and driving donkey carts. Renowned for its vast elephant herds, Tarangire National Park also boasts a diverse array of wildlife.

From the open roof of our state-of-the-art safari jeep, you'll immerse yourself in the sights of seasonal swamps, savannahs, and the life-giving Tarangire River. Encounter a plethora of creatures, including zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe, among others. There's a chance to catch glimpses of lions stalking prey or leopards leisurely observing from the trees above. Following an extensive game drive, we'll head straight to fig big tree lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

Wake up early to embark on a journey to the lush highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon reaching the crater rim, descend down a steep track into the 600-meter-deep caldera, where a diverse range of animals and birds await. The caldera, a collapsed volcano, shelters over 25,000 mammals, including the renowned "Big Five" (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard), and boasts more than 500 bird species.

Following an extensive game drive and a delightful picnic lunch within the crater, we'll head back to Arusha, reaching the destination early in the evening.
