Your journey begins in Arusha, a bustling city nestled at the foot of Mount Meru. After settling into your hotel, spend the day exploring the vibrant streets of Arusha. You can visit local markets, try Tanzanian cuisine, and perhaps visit the Arusha National Park if time allows. This initial day is perfect for acclimatizing and soaking up the local culture before your adventure into the wild.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You will start a magnificent adventure to Tarangire National Park when you are picked up early in the morning from the resort. The Tarangire River meanders through the park, which is well-known for its vast herds of elephants and a variety of landforms, including savannas and seasonal wetlands. Perhaps you will see lions tracking their prey or leopards lounging in the branches above. You will return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay following a game drive and picnic lunch.

Serengeti National Park

We will head towards the Serengeti's middle region after breakfast, stopping for lunch at a suitable spot within the park. Before getting to the camp in the afternoon, we'll go on another game drive. I'll be going on game drives all day tomorrow.

Notable for its vast zebra, antelope, and wildebeest migrations are the Serengeti. Be prepared to witness local predators such as the lion, cheetah, and leopard performing their respective functions in the life cycle.

Start your Serengeti National Park game drive early in the morning. Your preferences are our first priority, and this day will be structured accordingly. Your guide will go over the optimal times for you to go on game drives and wake-up calls each day of the safari. For instance, on this particular day, you may do a morning game drive, come back to the camp or lodge for brunch or lunch, and then unwind before taking a second afternoon game drive. Another option would be to pack a picnic lunch and go on a game drive. After the game drive, you'll head back to the campsite.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and overnight stay at the camp following an early breakfast. En route, you will go on wildlife drives. During the journey, you will get the opportunity to spend at least half an hour in a Maasai hamlet to get a firsthand look at a native tribe. You will camp in Simba Public Campsite for the night.

Driving to Ngorongoro Conservation Area is what you'll do after breakfast. During your game drive and picnic lunch today, you will venture deeper into the Ngorongoro Crater.

The Maasai community and their livestock coexist peacefully with wild creatures in the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site that serves as a conservation effort. One of Africa's natural treasures, it is the largest continuous caldera in the world. Home to over 30,000 year-round residents that include a variety of birds including flamingos, eagles, and buzzards, as well as huge mammals like buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos. In only a short while, you will witness a large number of creatures here. After game drive you'll drive to Arusha.
