On this day, we recommend an early rise to embark on a morning game drive, capitalizing on the heightened activity of the wildlife and treating yourself to a breathtaking sunrise. Following the game drive. Subsequently, we'll journey to Marera Mountain View Lodge for a night.
After a day of exploration, retreat to the comfort of lodge for a delightful dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 3

Ngorongoro Crater - Departure

Commencing the day very early, immersing ourselves in a morning of extraordinary wildlife encounters in one of the planet's most breathtaking locations. Ngorongoro Crater is also famous for bird life and at the Lake makat at the middle of the crater floor you can see, flamingos, pelicans Egyptian geese, and many more aquatic species. Other birds include the hammer kop, Lilac breasted rollers weavers and many more. Following the game drive, a tranquil interlude awaits for a picnic lunch near the enchanting Hippo Lake. Post-lunch, a brief yet engaging game drive is scheduled before ascending the crater, marking our exit from the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Anticipated return is approximately around 5 pm, with flexibility built in for any specific flight schedules or unforeseen circumstances.

Day 4

Materuni Water falls

Pick up from your Accommodation after Breakfast, you'll embark on a scenic 2 hour journey through the land of Kilimanjaro to Materuni Waterfalls. Upon reaching the village, we'll hike a short distance to the waterfalls, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the foot hills of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Following the waterfall excursion, we'll return to the village for the main activity.

You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Chagas culture by participating in the process of making your own coffee, from harvesting to grinding, boiling, and finally enjoying a cup. Afterward we'll proceed with lunch, where you'll sample a variety of local dishes. Enjoy cultural dances with the locals, forming friendships and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Then we depart from the land of Kilimanjaro and return to Arusha if you have an extra night or Drop off to JRO Airport.
