Prepare for an early morning pick-up from your Mombasa stay. The drive from Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park takes about 4 hours.
Arrive at Ashnil Aruba for lunch, and check-in. Go on an afternoon game drive through the savanna, be on the lookout for the red elephants of the Tsavo, and the occasional pride of lions and other cats on the prowl, or just taking a nap after a well-deserved meal.
Return to Ashnil Aruba for dinner and overnight stay.

Tsavo East National Park to Amboseli National Park
Early breakfast, then check-out, with a short en-route game drive as you exit the park.
Arrive in Ol Tukai Lodge, Amboseli around lunch hour. After check-in and lunch, take a brief rest before going on the first Amboseli NP game drive at 3.00 pm.
Later, just a sunset beckons, return to the lodge for freshening up, relaxing, and dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Exploring the Amboseli National Park
On a cloudless morning, you will wake up to stunning views of the towering Mt. Kilimanjaro.
After breakfast, buckle up for a thrilling game drive inside the Amboseli National Park, a relatively smaller game park yet featuring big elephant herds amongst a variety of other mammals and varied bird species, especially around the swampy areas.
Picnic lunch at the Amboseli Picnic Site, from where you have direct views of Mount Kilimanjaro-Africa's tallest mountain.
In the evening, as sunset begins to fall over the horizon, return to the lodge for the freshening up, followed by dinner as Maasai warriors perform an energetic traditional dance, then overnight stay.

Amboseli to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
After breakfast, check out of Ol Tukai Lodge and begin the descent to Taita Hills, weaving through scenic countryside views.
You'll stay at the luxurious Salt Lick Safari Lodge, known for its incredible wildlife viewing opportunities, including a famous waterhole where elephants often gather.
After lunch, go for an afternoon game drive, allowing you to explore the sanctuary and spot a variety of animals in their natural habitat.
Return to lodge at sunset for relaxing, freshening up, then dinner and overnight.

End of your Safari with us
Wake up to an early morning game, one of the best times to see the animals in their natural element. Return to the lodge for breakfast at around 8;30 a.m., and then check out of the hotel and be driven back to your coastal stay, arriving in mid-afternoon.
Your driver guide will drop you off at the designated place, marking the end of a short but epic game safari in the African savanna.
Optional: Visit the World War II Museum at Taita Hills Safari Resort, a sister property to Salt Lick Safari Lodge just a short distance away.
