4-Day Bwindi Budget Gorilla and Golden Monkey Trek Tour

Transfer to Kisoro

You will be picked up by our guide from your place of stay in Kigali at 8:00am. Meet and greet with the guide then we embark on trip to Kisoro. There will be two stop overs. The first will be at Ellen Degeneres Dian Fossey Campus to learn about the conservation efforts of the mountain Gorillas. Lunch at Migano Cafe, we will then head to Chanika boarder where the guide will support you with documentation. You will then proceed to the hotel and you check-in. Dinner will be served later in the evening and then you will rest.

Trek golden monkeys and transfer to Bwindi

You will arise at 6:00am, breakfast will be served at 6:30am. You will check-out at 7:00 am and we shall then head to the park for briefing. The golden monkey experience will take 3-4 hours. You will then head to town to enjoy a local cuisine there after we shall head to Bwindi. You will check-in the hotel. During your dinner our guide will come and brief you on what is expected of you during the gorilla trek for the following day.

Gorilla trek and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

You will arise at 6:00am, breakfast will be served at 6:30am and at 7:00am we shall head to the park gate. Our guide will support you with the documentation as you enjoy traditional dance with from the local dance group. A guide from Uganda wildlife authority will come and brief you of what to expect and what is expected of you. You will then be assigned a group to trek. The trekking will take 3-4 hours depending on the group you have been assigned. After trekking you will be awarded a certificate of trekking and thereafter we shall head to Lake Bunyonyi. Enjoy the sunset at an island as you enjoy your BBQ dinner.

Boat ride and transfer to Kigali

You will arise at 7:00am, Breakfast will be served at 7:30am and at 8:00am you will check out and head for a morning boat cruise. This will take 2hours thereafter we shall head to Gatuna border where our guide will support you will the clearance. You will be taken to you place of stay in Kigali. End of tour.
