Depending on your location in Zanzibar, your driver will come and collect you from your hotel at around 5:00 in the morning. The next step is to make your way to the airport, where your flight to Arusha is scheduled to touch down at approximately 9:20 a.m. When you land at Arusha Airport, your guide will be there to greet you.
Tarangire National Park is a two-hour drive from Arusha and is famous for its huge elephant herds and ancient baobab trees, which are among the biggest on the African continent. As you go along the Tarangire River, which is packed with a wide array of animals, you'll get a glimpse of the park's varied terrain, which includes seasonal marshes, expansive savannas, and more.
Elephants, arthogs, lions, leopards, zebras, impalas, birds, and giraffes are just a few of the fascinating animals found in the park. You will head to your accommodations in the late afternoon for a relaxing evening meal and a restful night at Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View.

Be prepared for an early commencement at 5:00 a.m. as you commence your journey to the crater. Bring your breakfast and lunch in a packed meal. This breathtaking location is abundant with East African wildlife, including the elusive black rhinos; you may be fortunate enough to glimpse one. With a diameter of approximately 20 kilometers, you will spend approximately five hours exploring its mesmerizing landscapes. After this memorable experience, it is now an ideal moment to depart for Zanzibar via Arusha Airport for your return flight.
