At about 8.00 am, our representative will pick you up from the airport. You'll start a journey through the Great Rift Valley. You'll witness stunning landscapes and breathtaking views. As you travel southwards, you'll stop at a viewpoint to take in the scenery. The destination for lunch will be the renowned Maasai Mara, famous for its abundant wildlife. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy an exciting game drive, encountering plains game, black-maned lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and various other wildlife species. Your dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at a lodge or camp in the Mara, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of this remarkable location.

After breakfast, you'll embark on a full-day game-viewing adventure in Masai Mara National Reserve. Highlights include a visit to the Mara River, known for its abundance of wildlife, and a picnic lunch where you can observe crocodiles, hippos, and other aquatic creatures. You also have the option to visit Maasai villages to experience their culture or take a hot air balloon ride for a unique perspective of the reserve at an extra cost. Your dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at a previously chosen lodge or camp in the Maasai Mara.

Masai Mara National Reserve to Lake Naivasha
Masai Mara National Reserve to Lake Naivasha
After an early morning breakfast, you'll bid farewell to Masai Mara and begin your journey towards Lake Naivasha National Park. You'll enjoy a scenic drive as you leave the Maasai Mara region and head towards Lake Naivasha. The journey takes approximately 4-5 hours, depending on the route and any stops along the way. Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha in the afternoon, you'll check in to your chosen accommodation at the Naivasha Sopa Lodge. In the late afternoon, you can explore the surrounding area and enjoy various activities. Options include a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you can spot hippos, birdlife, and other aquatic animals. You can also take a nature walk or visit Crescent Island, known for its up-close encounters with wildlife.
You'll enjoy a relaxing evening by the lake, taking in the tranquil atmosphere and scenic views. You'll have dinner at your accommodation, which offers a range of delicious options. You'll spend the night at Naivasha Kongoni Lodge in Lake Naivasha.

After an early morning breakfast, you'll depart from Lake Naivasha and drive for approximately 5-6 hours to Amboseli National Park. You will check in at your Amboseli Lodge and enjoy lunch while admiring the stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. In the afternoon, you will embark on a game drive to witness the park's famous elephant herds and other wildlife species. You will return to your accommodation for dinner and spend the night surrounded by the tranquility of Amboseli.

You will enjoy a full-day game drive at Amboseli National Park, starting with a mesmerizing sunrise. Spot Amboseli's famous elephants, along with lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and various bird species such as Ostrich. You will take breaks for a packed lunch and capture breathtaking photos. You will explore different areas of the park, maximizing wildlife sightings. As the sun sets, you'll return to your accommodation for a delicious dinner and relaxation, reflecting on the incredible experiences of the day.

Day 6
Amboseli to Tsavo East National Park

After an early morning hearty breakfast at your Amboseli Sentrim Lodge, you will check out assisted by an experienced tour guide. You will begin your journey from Amboseli to Tsavo East National Park. The travel time can vary but generally takes around 4 to 5 hours via road. Immerse yourself in the picturesque landscapes as you drive towards Tsavo East. The route offers glimpses of the diverse Kenyan countryside. You will arrive at Tsavo East National Park in the afternoon. You'll proceed to your chosen lodge or campsite. After settling in, you'll enjoy lunch and take some time to relax and rejuvenate. After taking an afternoon lunch, you will embark on an exciting game drive in Tsavo East National Park. You'll explore the vast wilderness and keep an eye out for the park's incredible wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, and a variety of bird species. You'll return to your accommodation for dinner. You'll spend the night surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.

Day 7
Transfer to Diani Beach
Transfer to Diani Beach
After having an early breakfast and enjoying an en-route game drive, you'll leave the park for a transfer to Voi Railway Station for the Madaraka Express train to Mombasa arriving at the station at 12:02 pm and departing at 12:08 pm. You'll arrive in Mombasa at 2.00 pm. You’ll be received by your driver and transferred to Diani Beach which is one hour and fifteen minutes away. On arrival, you'll transfer to your hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 8
Relaxation at Diani Beach
Relaxation at Diani Beach
For this last day, you will be at the beach. You will spend your time at leisure enjoying the hotel facilities. The beach is popular for relaxing resorts which are popular with honeymooners, backpackers, and families on holiday. You'll try a camel ride for the tourist experience or book a bike tour inland for a glimpse of life in local villages. Inland from the beach, there is extensive vegetation including numerous palm trees which cover the coastal areas. The Mwachema River flows into the sea at Diani Beach. The general area is known for its coral reefs, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and the closely located Shimba Hills National Reserve, a wildlife reserve that looks out over the Indian Ocean. Diani Beach has restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and several shopping centers. The beach is also a popular kitesurfing, jet skiing, and snorkeling location. All meals will be served at the hotel.

Day 9
Transfer to Nairobi via SGR Train
Transfer to Nairobi via SGR Train
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Mombasa train terminus, where you will board the SGR train connecting to the Nairobi train terminus.
You will be transferred to JKIA with enough time for check-in (usually leave around 3-4 hours for this activity).
Today marks the last day of your epic and leisurely-paced Kenyan safari. We hope we have exceeded your safari expectations.
