Day 1

Nairobi - Masai Mara

After breakfast in your hotel in Nairobi, you will be picked up by your professional guide and depart the Nairobi region for Masai Mara with lunch en route. We drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at the viewpoint, where you will have a chance to take photos with a great view of the valley. Proceed to the Masai Mara National Reserve and stop for lunch at Narok town.

This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains, which are famously known for their spectacular wildebeest migration. It is home to the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. On arrival, proceed for an evening game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver-guide. Dinner and overnight are at Lenchada Camp.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will depart with picnic lunch boxes for a full-day game viewing in the Masai Mara National Reserve. A Masai Mara safari is an unmissable highlight of any holiday in Kenya. There are breathtaking panoramas in every direction, a vast range of wildlife, including the Big Five, and a rich cultural heritage to explore. Kenya’s Masai Mara is, without a doubt, one of the greatest safari destinations in Africa.

Between July and October, things get busy in the great migration. Millions of zebra and wildebeest make the perilous crossing across the Masai Mara in search of new grazing territory. In their wake comes a veritable horde of predators, including lion and leopard. Our guide will ensure that you get the best photographic opportunities and enrich you with the different amazing cultural practices of the local communities of the Maasai people. After breakfast, have a special cultural moment by visiting the Maasai people in their nearby villages with an English–speaking guide. Later, depart the Mara region for Nakuru and have lunch en route, with scenic views of Mount Longmont and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. You will arrive in the evening and be dropped off at the Buraha Zenoni resort for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific birdlife, including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino, while species like Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. Later, drive to Amboseli National Park, which is famous for its scenery and has a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape and open plains. You will arrive late in the evening for dinner and overnight at Manjaro Tented Camp.

Amboseli

After breakfast at the camp, a true African experience awaits in this park. You will set off early to see the magnificent view of Mount Kilimanjaro and set off for another extensive game drive before the clouds build up over the summit. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, such as wildebeests and giraffes. You will spend a full day in the park and have a packed lunch. Later, you will return for dinner and overnight at the Manjaro Tented Camp.

Day 6

Amboseli - Arusha

After breakfast, proceed to Arusha, and if the weather permits, you will see the view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Later, depart Amboseli to Arusha through the Namanga border for immigration formalities and board the shuttle bus to Arusha town in the afternoon. Our manager will pick you up from the bus stop and drop you off at the hotel, where you will be booked for bed and breakfast (dinner on your own).

You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and have a safari briefing. Then, we depart Arusha and drive to Serengeti National Park. You will have lunch on the way. Serengeti does not disappoint when it comes to game viewing. Annually, from May to December, millions of animals embark on a migration from Central Serengeti to Kenya’s Masai Mara and back again in an incredible spectacle. Even during the "down-time", vast herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle roam here, along with elephants, giraffes, and buffalos. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals stalk them. Have dinner and overnight at the camp.

Ngorongoro - Arusha

After an early breakfast around 5:50 am, descend into the crater at 6 am for a 6- to 7-hour game drive. We venture onto the crater floor for an up-close look at the residents of this World Heritage Site and enjoy a picnic lunch here. The Ngorongoro Crater provides great game viewing all year round. The wildlife here makes up a permanent population because grazing and water supplies are plentiful throughout the seasons. Later, depart for Arusha with lunch en-route, arriving early in the evening for your overnight stay at The Charity Hotel (dinner on your own).
