Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be met by our representative at the airport. After the tour briefing you will board the vehicle for a drive to the famous Mara, travelling through Kenya's captivating Rift Valley. Maasai Mara holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa.
You will arrive in time for lunch, then have an afternoon game drive. After which you will return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Exploring the Mara

After breakfast, we have a full-day game drive, with picnic lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lion, as well as its abundant resident wildlife, and it's one of the few places where it's possible to see the Big Five during a morning's game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame that they seek shelter from the hot sun under one's vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey.
The Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and attendant predators. If you visit during the July-October period, be prepared for the mesmerizing spectacle of the Great Migration. You'll return to a luxurious Camp for dinner and an overnight stay, basking in the magic of the day's experiences.
