Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park and Boating Safari

Dar to Selous, you will be picked up by a guide at your hotel, airport, or ferry for a safari briefing and then drive south to Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere National Park) which is approximately five and half hour's drive from Dar es Salaam. On arrival, you will get lunch and start with afternoon boat safaris in the Rufiji River. On a boating safari, you will be able to see aquatic animals such as hippos, crocodiles, a vast number of birds, and animals like elephants, giraffes, and many others drinking on the Rufiji River. You will end your day by watching a stunning sunset as you enjoy the beautiful sands of the river-flooding plains.
Your overnight stay will be at Selous Mloka Safaris Lodge on a full-board basis.

Guided Game Drive in Nyerere National Park /Selous

After breakfast, you'll go for full-day game drives with packed lunch boxes in Selous game reserve. During lunchtime, you enjoy a picnic lunch at the picnic site the guide will select for you. After your picnic lunch and some relaxation, you will continue with the game drive until the evening.
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Mloka Safaris Lodge.

Walking Safari, Nyerere National Park to Dar es Salaam

You will start the day with a morning walking safari. After the walking safari that takes around two and a half hours, you will return to your lodge shower, and have your breakfast. After breakfast, you'll drive back to Dar es Salaam with packed lunch boxes. On arrival in Dar es Salaam, you'll dropped at the airport for your flight back home or at the hotel /ferry to Zanzibar, Mafia Island.
