Arusha/Moshi to Serengeti National Park

We will pick you up from your lodge and depart to Serengeti National Park for game drives with packed lunch boxes. You will cross the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and head to Central Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch. Apart from the incredible wildlife and stunning views, the park is famed for the annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and a hundred thousand zebra. This frenzied bout of territorial conquests and mating occurs from July to October. You'll witness the actual survival of the fittest as these animals plunge through crocodile-infested waters. You'll do game drives in these wonderful plains. Once you finish the game drive, we will transfer you to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Serengeti is well-known for its great migrating herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeest. Be ready to see resident predators: leopards, cheetahs, and lions, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Serengeti National Park Game Drive and Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater Rim

You will wake up early and enjoy a magical game drive in Serengeti National Park. In the afternoon, you will depart to Ngorongoro for overnight accommodation located on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater. Early the next morning, you will get a chance to descend inside the crater and see many animals as they are more active this time of the day.

Ngorongoro Crater and Arusha/Moshi

After breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game drives with a packed lunch. The conservation area is not a national park but is managed by both the wild animals and the local Maasai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife. During the drive to Ngorongoro, you will have a chance to glimpse something of the Maasai way of life.

The Ngorongoro Crater constitutes the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and is classified as one of the natural wonders of Africa.

Once you finish the game drives, we will transfer you to Arusha where you will end the safari.
