Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with warm hospitality and transferred to Tulia Boutique & Spa Hotel in Arusha city. If time allows you will spend some time exploring the city, both the gateway city for most safaris in northern Tanzania and a fascinating place to explore. You'll enjoy good restaurants, streets filled with energy and so many snapshots of vibrant Tanzanian city life. It’s everything you look for in an urban pit stop.

Day 2

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

You will depart from your lodge in Arusha after an early breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. Along the way, you will be able to see Maasai traditional steppes and Maasai people raring the cattle. You will reach Tarangire after driving for approximately 2 hours. Tarangire is the park that harbors the largest herds of elephants, sometimes referred to as “the home of elephants.” The baobab tree is another popular feature in this park. After several hours of driving, you will retreat to a picnic site for lunch. You will then continue with the afternoon game drive before exiting the park and driving to Farm of Dreams Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Karatu - Serengeti National Park

Karatu - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti. A long and bumpy road will take you about 4-5 hours of a fascinating game en route driving up the crater highlands towards the vast plains of Serengeti. If the weather is clear and not foggy, you will stop at Ngorongoro Viewpoint to have a glimpse of the caldera for 10 minutes before continuing with your drive to Serengeti. You will stop for a picnic lunch at Naabi Hill Gate before you check into the park for an evening /sunset game drive. After catching the sunset, you will proceed to Serengeti Heritage for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Today we recommend waking up early before sunrise. After your cup of coffee, you will head out for a sunrise game drive with your packed breakfast, and this time most animals are active due to low temperatures and less heat. Around 10 am, you'll have a full breakfast in the bush at a carefully selected picnic spot. Afterward, you'll proceed with an en-route game drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Again, you will arrive at Naabi Hill gate around 2-3 pm for lunch, then check in at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Afterward, you'll proceed to Rhino Lodge located on the Crater's rim for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater

Following breakfast, you'll proceed with an early morning/sunrise game drive and descend the crater. Ngorongoro is a special place and the first time that you descend onto the crater floor is like no other safari experience in Africa. This is a world unto itself, one where you’ll encounter the crater’s 600-strong population of hyenas, as well as critically endangered black rhinos. You’ll also find elephants with larger-than-average tusks, and more than 50 lions living in the crater. But it’s the sheer beauty of Ngorongoro that will most likely live longest in your memory. In the late evening, you'll exit the crater and drive to your lodge for an overnight stay and dinner.

Following breakfast, you will proceed to explore the little town. Bustling with a variety of cultures from around Tanzania, the little town of Mto Wa Mbu lies at the entrance to Lake Manyara National Park. A local agricultural hub, the town is famous for its crops of rice and the distinctive red bananas that Tanzania is known for. Immerse yourself in the local culture during this cultural tour at Mto wa Mbu. A local guide will walk with you through the streets of this African farming village, surrounded by beautiful nature. During this tour, you will visit an African school, church, market, and banana brewery. A great way to get an insight into the daily life of local people. After the tour, you will drive back to Arusha for an overnight stay and dinner.

After breakfast, you'll set out on one of the most interesting tours in the Kilimanjaro region. Just at the base of Kilimanjaro mountain, there is a small beautiful village known as "Materuni Village." Here, you can find one of the biggest waterfalls in the region and the finest coffee makers. You will left in awe as you hike through a greenish land of bananas, coffee, yams potatoes, etc. Also, you will spend time with the locals learning how to make a cup of coffee locally. You will get a taste of one of the finest coffee, followed by a well-cooked and tasty meal for your lunch. Afterward, you will drive to Kikuetwa Hot Springs for a refreshing swim. Later, we will drop you at the airport or drive to your accommodation.
