Upon arrival at the airport (Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport), your personal driver-guide or our representative will meet you. They will drive you to your accommodation in Arusha for an overnight stay, waiting for your adventures to start the following day.

Day 2

Manyara National Park

In the morning after breakfast the driver/ guide will pack your picnic lunch boxes in a 4x4 safari jeep, then you will have 2 hours drive before you begin your exploration of this wonderful country to your destination of the day Lake Manyara National Park.

Although it is one of Tanzania’s small wildlife enclaves, Lake Manyara National Park is a spectacular reserve that boasts an incredible diversity of land. This is the area where bird lovers will enjoy the most, the lake is full of birds such as hundreds of pink flamingos and yellow billed storks to mention a few flying here and there around the lake. Also, Lake Manyara is famous for a special variety of tree climbing lions which is probably the only variety of lions which cannot be found elsewhere in Tanzania, but also a great concentration of baboons, blue monkeys, large buffalos, wildebeest, zebras and giraffe. After the whole day game drive later you will be transferred to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Tarangire National park

Tarangire National park

After breakfast at your accommodation, depart for Tarangire National Park, which is among Tanzania’s most significant national parks and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. The park is also renowned for majestic baobab trees, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the park. There is a great diversity of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and countless elephants. Enjoy game drives with a picnic lunch. After lunch and an extensive game drive inside the park, we will drive straight to your accommodation for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater & back to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater & back to Arusha

After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the largest unbroken calderas on the planet, with over 30 000 wild creatures in the caldera, a breathtakingly beautiful setting and the best place in East Africa to see the Big Five, that is, lions, leopards, black rhinos, elephants, and buffalos. It is one of the world’s most impressive and among the eight Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area covers mountain forests, woodlands, grasslands, lakes, swamps, and two major rivers. A packed lunch will be served at a picnic site located in the park.

Late in the afternoon, ascend the crater and return to Arusha for your flight either Arusha airport (ARK) or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
