We will depart from Zanzibar (depending on your preference) in the morning and travel to the Tarangire National Park where you can marvel at the colossal termite mounds and the ancient baobab trees. The picturesque scenery and diverse birdlife assist in creating the tranquil ambiance of the Tarangire National Park. The great elephant population is an extremely remarkable sight. African elephants are the largest land mammal and adult males can weigh as much as seven tons. Tarangire's varied wildlife includes lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetah, mongoose, buffaloes, and baboons. When your game drive comes to an end, we will take you to the Marera valley. Comprehensive camping facilities are on offer.

Day 2
Central Serengeti National Park

An appetizing breakfast will be served at the Marera followed by a drive to central Serengeti National Park. We will take the scenic route to the Serengeti which allows us to travel near the Ngorongoro Crater. There is a possibility of spotting game. The endless golden savannah with splotches of color created by the vegetation and wildlife make it easy to understand why the Serengeti is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa. We will stop so that you can enjoy your picnic lunch on a kopje (a small hill in a generally flat area). We will proceed further into the Serengeti for a leisurely game drive. You will spend the night at the arranged accommodation, comprehensive camping facilities are available.

Day 3

We will begin the day in the central Serengeti where we will have lunch and view game. The wildlife in the Serengeti is extremely diverse there are regular sightings of lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, elands, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles, giraffe, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos and antelopes. There are a few factors that will affect the game you spot such as the migration of the herds and the season. The various bird species consists of a few migrants from the Eurasia region. We will drive to Ang'ata camp which is located near the rim of the crater and a delectable dinner will be served. You will spend the night at the arranged accommodation.

Day 4

After spending the night at the comfortable Ang’ata Camp, you’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading out for a day of exploration in the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater floor, where you'll have the chance to witness an incredible variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, and possibly one of the rare rhinos. Enjoy a picnic lunch in this stunning setting, surrounded by nature’s beauty.
After your safari, you'll begin your journey back to Arusha for your departure. Reflect on the unforgettable experiences of the past days as you drive through Tanzania’s scenic landscapes, arriving in Arusha in the late afternoon.
