You’ll meet our safari coordinator at Kilimanjaro International Airport (or Arusha Airport) upon arrival and then be transferred to Mount Meru Hotel. You’ll participate in a briefing on your upcoming safari and then enjoy dinner and your overnight stay at the hotel.

Arusha - Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up and your safari will begin! It will take two hours to drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is spectacular in any season and many migratory wildlife species can be found at the Tarangire River’s permanent waters. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands, and oryx gather until the onset of the rain, at which time they migrate again to good grazing are as. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast in the early morning, you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Animals commonly seen here include zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippo, and warthogs—among many others, Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge on full board.

Lake Manyara National Park - Serengeti National Park
Today we’ll transfer to Serengeti National Park, driving through the crater highlands with a stop at the rim. Serengeti means “endless plains” in Kiswahili. The 18,000 sq. km park is home to over two million large animals, including wildebeest, plains zebras, Thomson’s gazelles, lions, cheetahs, and hyenas.
After a game drive en route, you'll check in at your camp and then enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti, the world’s most famous park. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Serengeti National Park
You’ll spend the full day on a game drive in the Serengeti. Many smaller animals like rock hyrax inhabit this area, along with nearly 500 bird species. Depending on the time of year, you may witness the Great Migration. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Highlands
Today, you'll wake up very early for a safari before breakfast, allowing you to spot animals when they are more active and witness the beautiful sunrise.
After the game drive, you'll return to the camp and transfer to Ngorongoro, known as the eighth natural wonder of the world. With walls 2,000 ft. high and a crater floor spreading for 102 sq. miles, the crater is like a virtual Noah’s Ark. It is home to almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa, including the rare black rhino.
The crater boasts the planet's highest concentration of wildlife and features a river, several swamps, a soda lake full of flamingoes (which from the top looks like a stream), forests, and open plains. The large bull elephants here have extremely large tusks due to the mineral content of the volcanic soil and grasses. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
After an early breakfast, you’ll descend onto the crater floor for a day of wildlife viewing in one of the most incredible places on earth. After a picnic lunch by the hippo lake and some more game viewing in the afternoon, we’ll drive up the steep road out of the crater and return to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at the airport.
