After breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive and picnic lunch. Tarangire National Park is named for the Tarangire River that crosses through it. The park is well known for its big herds of elephants, huge baobab trees and high numbers of predators. There is a plethora to see and explore here.

After enjoying your morning meal, we set out from the camp, prepared with packed lunches, and commence our journey to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Crater rim. Along the way, we'll have the opportunity to spot glimpses of wildlife amidst the stunning scenery.
As Tanzania's largest national park, the Serengeti attracts thousands of visitors annually, especially during the prime wildlife-viewing period from December to June. The wet season falls between March and May, while the coldest period occurs from June to October.
One of the park's highlights is the annual migration of millions of zebra and wildebeest, typically occurring in May or early June.
This natural spectacle is among the most breathtaking events in the world, drawing numerous tourists to witness it. Upon our arrival, we'll set up tents and enjoy a delicious dinner at the Serengeti Wild Camp.

Begin your day with an early morning game drive through the expansive landscapes of Serengeti National Park, before returning to the lodge for a hearty breakfast. Following this, we set out from the camp, equipped with packed lunches, and continue our journey towards the Ngorongoro Crater rim, enjoying a game drive en route.
Nestled between the Serengeti and Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area encompasses the renowned volcanic Ngorongoro Crater, standing as one of Tanzania’s most sought-after wildlife viewing destinations. The colossal crater boasts a permanent water supply, drawing a diverse array of animals to inhabit the area year-round.
While visitors primarily come to observe large game and engage in bird watching, the conservation area also holds the fascinating Olduvai Gorge. This significant archaeological site has unearthed ancient skull and bone fragments, providing invaluable insights into early human history.

Ngorongoro Crater
Experience the breathtaking spectacle of the sun ascending over the crater's rim as early risers are treated to this mesmerizing view. After a satisfying breakfast, embark on an exhilarating descent down the adventurous track into the Ngorongoro Crater, designated as a World Heritage Site and one of Africa's seven wonders.
Renowned for its dense animal population of around 25,000, the crater stands out as a premier location for game viewing among Tanzania's parks. Within minutes, encounter a diverse array of wildlife, including wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and over 500 bird species inhabiting the area. With luck on your side, you may even catch a glimpse of the endangered black rhino concealed in the grass.
After lunch, ascend the steep crater walls and make your way back to Arusha.
