Ndutu to Ngorongoro
Enjoy an early-morning game drive in the Ndutu Area for your last chance to spend some time with the wildebeests. After a delicious lunch, you will return to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Our afternoon drive takes us back through the breathtaking Ngorongoro Highlands, offering plenty of opportunities to spot animals. You’ll spot tall and graceful giraffes, leaping antelopes and gazelles, the mighty African elephants, and the most respected group of animals - the predators. You will have the chance to spot lean cheetahs and shy leopards, foraging hyenas, and last but not least, the king himself - the lion.
Dinner and overnight will be on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater at Rhino Lodge.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
On the last day of your safari, we will have an early start. After a quick breakfast, we will descend to the crater floor at around 6:30 am. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera.
Its massive floor is about 260 square kilometers, and its depth is over 2,000 feet. The 5 to 6-hour game drive on the crater floor will show us a lot of animal action.
It is recommended that you keep your camera ready. Plenty of African elephants, buffalos, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions are found in the area. After the picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo Pool, we will begin a steep ascent to the exit of the crater.
Later, you will be taken to Arusha, where you can relax at the hotel.
