Arusha - Tarangire National Park
You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha at 8:30am and depart for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch in hand for a full-day game drive. Tanzania’s third-largest national park is known for the majestic baobab trees that dot its landscape, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. The Tarangire River is the centerpiece of this park and is visited by some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, oryx, eland, giraffe, and zebra. After the game drive, you will head back to your camp or lodge, where a delicious dinner awaits you.

Tarangire National Park - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you'll set off towards the Serengeti National Park, traversing the endless grassland plains. The Serengeti is arguably the most impressive wildlife sanctuary in the world. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive amidst the vast Serengeti plains, where you may encounter the great herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, or even a pride of lions resting in the shade. A picnic lunch will be served during the game drive. The day concludes with a satisfying dinner and a restful night at your accommodations.

Serengeti National Park
After a filling breakfast, you'll start your full-day game drive around 8:00am to explore the central portion of Serengeti National Park. This legendary park is renowned for its incredible population of lions and leopards. The Seronera area is known for its rich wildlife habitat, and its river is a vital water source attracting a variety of wildlife species representative of the area. Even during the migration's off-season, the region is teeming with wildlife, especially lion prides, providing exceptional game viewing opportunities year-round. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch during your extended game drive, with the day concluding around 5:00pm. After dinner, you'll retire to your accommodations for the evening.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you'll embark on a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later, you'll depart for the Ngorongoro Crater Rim with a picnic lunch in hand. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest collapsed volcanic crater, spanning fourteen kilometers of isolated natural beauty. It is surrounded by a ring of extinct volcanoes, and its floor, dotted with watering holes, is home to approximately 30,000 animals. After an eventful day, you'll enjoy a hearty dinner and a restful night at your accommodations.

Ngorongoro Crater - Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha
The destination for today is Arusha via Lake Manyara National Park, where you will enjoy a half-day game drive. As you enter the national park around 9:00am, the lush acacia and mahogany trees begin to set the mood for what is waiting ahead. The game drive will continue until mid-afternoon, with a break for a picnic lunch. Keep an eye out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and the elusive blue monkeys. Another highlight of Lake Manyara National Park is the tree-climbing lions, although spotting them requires a bit of luck. If you visit during the right season, you might witness the shoreline turning pink with millions of flamingos. By mid-afternoon, you will depart for Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your preferred location or hotel by around 6:00pm. With incredible experiences and cherished memories, it's time to bid farewell to your Tanzania safari team.

Arusha - Kigali - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be picked up by a Nsavi Safaris guide and start your journey to Uganda. Cross the Rwanda-Uganda border and continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The park is home to endangered mountain gorillas and hosts a variety of spectacular birds, including 23 of the 24 Albertine Rift endemic bird species (such as the blue-throated Broadbill and bar-tailed trogon, among others). You will go to bed early this evening to ensure you’ll be well-rested for during your gorilla trek. (Recommend to spend a night in kigali based on evening arrival flight time at an extra cost).

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Lake Bunyonyi
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for an orientation and to meet your guides for the day. An experienced ranger will lead you on today’s gorilla trek, sharing interesting facts about flora, fauna, and gorilla behavior. The trek can last between 2-7 hours but is well worth the effort. Once you reach a gorilla family, you'll have an hour to observe them up close. After the trek, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. This lake's 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water creates a magical setting. Upon arrival at the lodge, enjoy a canoe boat ride on the lake and relax.
